Description
Inspired by the fabulous Miitopia OST, I decided to retool Magolor’s Form III design so that he looks about the same age as normal Mags. I retooled Form II a long time ago, but…well, for some reason I didn’t like it, and after this one came out so spectacularly, I’ll have to re-redo it anyway.
Sketch 1: Notice his wrists get cut off before they reach his “magic hands”. I thought it would work better this way; like his normal hands sort of fade out of existence, and the magic hands just hang there in their place.
Sketch 2: The Master Crown isn’t just on his head; it’s really wrapped all over his body, as shown here. It has a whole bunch of little legs piercing into his head (for mind control…I imagine that probably hurts), and then it branches off to hug his horns and face, then down his back to his torso and legs. I just wanted to use his design to emphasize the fact that he’s basically the M.C.’s mutant meat puppet at this point.
Sketch 3: Other gijinka designs I’ve seen for F3Mags usually leave out the mouth-eye, but I choose to embrace it~. It’s just so delightfully weird and creepy and uncomfortable to think about. Just imagine an optic nerve going down your throat…geech. ^^’ I hope that he no longer needs to breathe in this form; having to suck in air around that thing would just be…not fun.
Sketch 4: What I find most interesting about his expression here is that, while Magolor’s own eyes look tortured, the mouth-eye (I consider that one to belong to M.C.) looks mirthful. This was purely a coincidence (a sad mouth is shaped like a happy eye), but a fitting one~. After all, I try to draw the Master Crown itself as if it’s having the time of its life sitting atop its magical slave. I mean, just look at him, with his hands in the air like he just don’t care. What a sadist. XD

This is just... just... sad. Poor guy. I like how you make that if you look at Magolor's face as whole or at Crown's eye only you will see absolutely different emotions and his poses will bear absolutely different meanings. Especialy it can be seen in down right picture.
