I have no idea what the people who screamed for M4 stuff were thinking of, so if this doesn’t float your boat, I apologize.
Keep in mind that M4’s plot is most similar to that of Mother (1). There’s none of Mother 3’s world building, and no Buzz-Buzz to explain everything at the beginning of the game. It’s just a bunch of kids with weird powers fighting weird things until, slowly, everything begins to make sense. If I just blab about the plot the way I do with my other comic ideas, I’ll spoil everything.

So if there’s something you want to know about M4, just ask a specific question, and if I can answer it, I will. If I can’t, I may just give you a juicy hint~. I think everyone will be more satisfied that way.

Anyway, what’s this here? Artwork, I guess. XD It’s supposed to depict each of the girls’ special abilities. BREAK lets Imogen disrupt or cancel enemy powerups. MAKE lets Dionne create items that can give powerups or health. SWITCH lets Nora switch out ME levels between enemies and party members. And COPY lets Lucent copy an enemy’s strongest attack and use it against them.

Now, in the world of MMMMINDSCAPE, the only people still able to think for themselves are those with above-average mental energy…and/or those with psychological disorders in the real world. I’m not even gonna hide it; these four are in the latter group. XD I don’t remember exactly what was wrong with each one of them, but I’m not going to go back through my notes to find it, because that’s not supposed to be important (thus, it’s better that I don’t think about it too much).

Perhaps you can guess~. Their designs and abilities are very loosely based on their specific disorders.
